Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program

The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts that combines coursework in three areas - culinary, baking and pastry, and management - and includes over 450 Le Cordon Bleu proficiencies. This comprehensive program provides you with a thorough and strong experience in theoretical foundations and technical skills. As a graduate of the AAS program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, you will be prepared for a variety of positions in any foodservice operation.

Baking and Pastry Program

CHIC also offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Patisserie and Baking, designed to prepare students for high volume baking production or for positions at any establishment with in-house baking and pastry operation. This program offers a comprehensive study in theoretical foundations and technical skills needed for the Baking and Pastry industry, equipping you with the skills needed to succeed in this industry.
